#16 『白菜と鶏ごま団子鍋』☆白菜大量消費☆

白菜料理の第2弾です。定番ではありますが冬の主役『鍋』に鶏肉で作った胡麻団子を入れて、おかずにもつまみにも美味しい鍋に仕立てました!白菜をもっとたくさん入れて、他の具材を減らしても十分美味しいです!(鶏団子と白菜だけでも・・笑)

尚、動画では撮れてなかった鶏団子のレシピはここに載せておきます。

【鶏ごま団子】
鶏ももひき肉  200g
玉ねぎ(みじんぎり)     1/2個
パン粉     30g
おろしにんにく  少々
おろししょうが  少々
醤油       大さじ1
ごま油      大さじ1
砂糖       大さじ1
塩 こしょう   少々
黒いりごま    大さじ3※(お好みの量で)
↑をすべてボウルにいれて粘りが出るまで混ぜる!

冷蔵庫で少し寝かせると固くなって成形がしやすくなります
